Respira Hondo, sostén por tres segundos, deja salir por la boca


( repetir ejercicio hasta que el cerebro quede oxigenado, los músculos relajados y la conciencia tranquila )



Second:


Sleep well, try not to think to much while the insomnia is present, count until the numbers end or you as well get sleep; sing leads to a concert, better recite a poem forgetting about lovers or past subjects, whats gone is defenetly G - O - N - E.

Put your mind in blank, meditate will lead to wisdom, to inner peace and self control.
